Part 1

How to Change Your Password

Follow these steps when you can log in to your Khata Academy account and want to update your password from the dashboard.

Step 1

Log in to your account

Open khataacademy.com in your browser. Enter your username or email and current password to access your account.

Step 2

Go to Settings

After logging in, open your dashboard. From the left navigation panel, scroll down and click on Settings.

Step 3

Locate the password fields

On the Settings page, scroll to the login details section. You will see the Password and Retype Password fields.

Step 4

Enter and save your new password

Type your new password in both fields. Once both entries match, click the Save Changes button.

Important Notes

Make sure both password entries match exactly before saving.
Use a strong password with uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Do not share your password with anyone.

Part 2

How to Reset Your Password

Follow these steps if you forgot your password and want to reset it using your registered email address.

Step 1

Go to khataacademy.com and click the Login button. Enter your registered email address.

Step 2

Click Forgot Password

Below the password field, click the Forgot Password link to start the reset process.

Step 3

Submit your email address

Enter the email address connected with your account and click the Reset Password button.

Check your email inbox

Khata Academy will send a password reset email to your registered email address. Open the email and click the reset link.

Step 5

Create your new password

Enter your new password, confirm it, and click the Reset button. Your password will be updated successfully.

What to Do If Device Limit Is Reached

If your account is already logged in on another device, you may see a device limit message on the login screen.

Solution

Log out or contact support

First, try logging out from the previously used device. If you cannot access that device, message the course team on WhatsApp at +977 9801074002 to remove your previous session.
